Thank you for compiling this. I had to use it today to call the County Engineer’s Office. Once again, the workers have come well above where they have a contract to go on our property and also once again, broke our invisible fence. It just really ticks me off that not only did they rip us off when paying for the use of our property, but then they go well above and beyond those lines and no one does anything about it when I complain over and over again.

You shouldn’t have to do extra work to be heard, but it may help if you “put it in writing” to the project supervisor, public works, and your councilman.
