Building the temp road for Phase 1 was bad enough but despite pleas to reconsider, to learn from the faults of Phase 1, off they went pouring more wasted concrete for over 2 months this time.
They claim they will finish the project this year, yet last year’s lesson is clear, the overhead of putting down and tearing up the temp road will create enough overhead that something will have to give and that will be the restoration of treelawns and driveways.
